Description: ICR-510 casting systems offer the convenience of one resin used with two hardeners to meet different requirements. ICR-510 uses either a fast curing hardener for casting thicknesses for up to 3/4 inch or a slower curing hardener which allows for thicker casting. In either combination, these systems contain iron filler for wear resistance. Major advantages include low mixed viscosity, no filler settling in storage, low shrinkage upon self de-airing and excellent impact resistance. Uses: Dies, core boxes, foundry patterns, hammer forms, and others.
